VEGETABLE DHAL

Ingredients:

2 Teaspoons medium masala 

1 Cup oil dhall or pea dhall

1 Large onion

4 Green Chillies

4 Crushed Garlic Cloves

2 Teaspoons oil

2 Sliced Tomatoes

1 Cinnamon Stick

2 Teaspoons Crushed Jeera (Cumin)

1 Teaspoon Tumeric Powder

 

Method:

Boil pea dhall until thick using one teaspoon tumeric powder.


Fry onion until golden brown.


Add green chillies, sliced tomatoes, and cinnamon stick.


Then add oil/pea dhal to the fried ingredients.


Add water to make gravy less thick.
